Here, the text after the # in "/wiki/Client-Troubleshooting#you-all-sound-ok-but-its-difficult-to-keep-together" does get translated. It refers to a paragraph title elsewhere in the documentation. The text here must coincide word for word with that paragraph title. In the translation of this link (like in the English source text) you don't use capitals or apostrophes.
