Instructions for translators

The code blocks are included in the Gettext files in case if some comments need to be translated. You can add comments as well.

For code blocks without comment, please flag them as ignore-same, if you don't the permission, comment in a GitHub PR to let me know. For links that refer to a title inside an md file, please add a Link Modification Req tag.

The Gettext and markdown files in docs/locales are specific for languages.

Check contributing for current guidelines.

To merge a translation into the main Klipper repository, certain requirements have to be met. We are still determining the requirements and no merging is planned. - Yifei Ding

I have noticed that there is a problem with descriptions like , which do not link properly when translations are applied with po2md. It is a bit redundant, but it should be written as "[Overview.md](Overview.md)".

のような記述をすると、po2mdで翻訳を適用した際にリンクが正しく行われない問題がありました。少し冗長な記述になりますが、"[Overview.md](Overview.md)"のように記述する必要があります。

In general, reviewers are not looking for responses of the form "someone may find option X useful", nor are they looking for responses of the form "this submission adds a feature that firmware X implements". Instead, it is generally preferable to discuss details on how the quality improvement was measured and what were the results of those measurements - for example, "tests on Acme X1000 printers show improved corners as seen in picture ...", or for example "print time of real-world object X on a Foomatic X900 printer went from 4 hours to 3.5 hours". It is understood that testing of this type can take significant time and effort. Some of Klipper's most notable features took months of discussion, rework, testing, and documentation prior to being merged into the master branch.
